My motto is "You Can Learn Something New Everyday."
I have been teaching now for 20 years with 18 of those years being at Pipestone Area Schools. I taught Kindergarten for one year and at Heartland Colony School grades K-3rd for six years which is apart of the Pipestone school district. I love teaching 2nd grade, as kids learn so much this year and really learn to love reading. I work hard to help my students love learning and to motivate them to be successful. I teach my students to keep trying when things are hard and that we all make mistakes but we need to learn from them and continue to improve.
I am from Medford, Minnesota and graduated college from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Elementary Education. I have a Masters Degree in Reading Education. I have lived in Pipestone the last 18 years it really feels like home here for my family. I am married to Shane Reinhard aka Mr. R, he teaches PE in Pipestone and also coaches junior high football and softball. We have two kids Weston and Avery , both kids are busy and involved in more and more things. I love reading, taking pictures, going to the cabin, spending time with family, and exploring new things. |
