Pipestone Area Schools does not charge a fee for students to participate in Middle School and High School activities. ALL paperwork: Physicals (due every 3 years), concussion testing, and registration must be completed and turned into the MS/HS Office before participating. The forms are available in the MS/HS office. The Eligibility and Health Questionnaire are available on the Pipestone Area Schools Website. |
