BaumanHi and welcome to my PAS website. I was born and raised in Pipestone which of course makes me a PAS graduate. I did not find my love for helping students right out of high school. I earned a degree in Medical Assisting and worked with that degree for 4 years. After 4 years, I decided I needed a career change. I started doing daycare and found a love and passion for watching children learn and grow. I made the decision to go back to school for education. I earned a degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Grand Canyon University (GCU) in Arizona.

I am married to my husband Mitchell and we have three children, Caradee, Ty and Halle.  We live on an acreage south of Pipestone. In my free time, I enjoy running, shopping, and spending time with my family. This is my 2nd year teaching. What I find most incredible about teaching is that it is the only field in which we have the opportunity to help make every career possible. We can change the students’ lives and be a light in their future. We encourage them to set goals and achieve them.

I am excited to continue to learn and grow as an educator and make positive differences in students’ lives. Please reach out to me with and questions or concerns.
