Mr. Alex Kisecker



Alex Kisecker is a 2018 graduate of South Dakota State University where he earned his Bachelors of Music Education. While attending SDSU, Mr. K was highly active in many different musical ensembles including: The Pride of the Dakota's Marching Band, Percussion Ensemble, Wind Symphony where he acted as Principal Percussionist, and The Statesmen Men's Choir. Along with teaching the Junior High and High School Concert Bands, he also directs the Pep Band, High School and Junior High Jazz Bands, and the Arrow Marching Band. Currently, Mr. K is working on his Masters in Music Education through Eastern Illinois University. Mr. Kisecker is a member of the National Association for Music Education, Minnesota Band Directors Association and Minnesota Music Educators Association. In his free time he likes to go fishing, grill out, and spend time with family and friends.
